At nearly every Women + AI dinner, we grapple with 1) how are you actually using AI in your life outside of work, and 2) why it feels like women are underestimated walking into rooms—gyms included—either because we assume someone else already knows more than we do... or they assume the same.
We're teaming up with LuxFit at Mission Rock for our first workout event. We hope this becomes a recurring series!
Get ready for a real strength class, then dinner, and a conversation about AI for health and wellness. Following the workout, we will brainstorm with Amber Woolcock, Co-Owner of LuxFit, on questions her small business is facing and how AI can help them.
What to Expect
- 6:00ish — Arrive, mingle in the outdoor tent with snacks (protein bars, nuts) - 6:15pm — Welcome + a quick intro to LuxFit - 6:30–7:20pm — "Oh She Lifts" strength class, 50 minutes including warm-up and cool-down - 7:30–8:15pm — Dinner and small-group conversation - 8:15–8:30pm — Closing remarks, wrap What Your Ticket Covers
