A 30% deposit is held on your card. It is a hold, not a charge. It is only charged once a professional confirms, within 24 hours. If nobody confirms, the hold is released and you pay $0.
A vetted, insured professional covers your event. A backup professional is always on standby, so your day is protected.
Every shoot is edited and graded by the same team, so your photos and video match. You get your gallery or cut in 48 to 72 hours.
You review the delivered work first. The balance is charged only after you approve, with a 72-hour window to request adjustments.
Common questions
Photography starts at $200 for a 2-hour meetup, panels from $250, hackathon video from $450, and full conference crews from $1,200. A clear 15% platform fee is added at checkout and covers studio editing, an insured professional, and the replacement guarantee.
