Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is only a hold until a professional confirms. Cancel before then and the hold is released in full. You owe nothing.

If we cannot cover your confirmed shoot, you receive a full refund of your deposit plus a $500 credit toward a future booking, under the replacement guarantee.

More than 7 days before the event: full deposit refund. Within 7 days: we keep the deposit to hold your professional. Within 48 hours: the deposit plus 50% of the balance, since your professional reserved the day.

Need a new date? Move your booking once at no charge with at least 7 days notice, subject to your professional being free.

We deliver your edited gallery or cut in 48 to 72 hours. You approve it before the balance is charged, with a 72-hour window to request adjustments.
