Studio editing on every shoot
The same team edits and grades every gallery and every cut, so your photos and video match. Delivery lands in 48 to 72 hours.
Replacement guarantee
A vetted backup professional is on standby for every booking. If our roster does not cover your confirmed shoot, it is free plus a $500 credit.

Spot something you want adjusted in your gallery or cut? Tell us within 72 hours of delivery and our studio makes it right.
What happens to your money
Booking to delivery, in the order it happens:
A 30% deposit books the date
Your deposit is charged when you book, and refunded in full if your date is not confirmed within 24 hours.
The balance follows your approval
You see the finished gallery or cut first. We send a secure link for the balance once your finished work is ready to approve. Adjustments are welcome for 72 hours after delivery.
Stripe handles the card
Payment runs on Stripe, so your card details stay with them. Your booking page shows where every payment stands.
Plans change, and the rules are written down
Move your date once at no charge with at least 72 hours notice and your deposit travels with the booking. The cancellation policy spells out every case in plain words.
Add a video to any shoot
Booking video? Pick what you want delivered and your total updates in the booking form before you pay. Run length is yours to choose: 1 minute, 2.5 minutes, three vertical reels.
Event highlights video
The best moments of the day in one short video, 1 to 2.5 minutes, scored and color graded for the post that goes out the next morning.
Guest interview clips
Speakers, founders, and guests on camera, edited into clean quotes, 1 to 2.5 minutes in all, made for social posts and sponsor updates.
Highlights video + interview clips
Both of the above from the same day, edited in one pass, and it lands under the price of booking them one at a time.

What does a 2-hour meetups shoot cost?
$230. That is the price: your professional's time on the day, studio editing, and the replacement guarantee, in one number. 4 hours is two sessions, $460.
What do I pay at checkout?
The price on the page. A 30% deposit books the date. Your deposit is charged when you book, and refunded in full if your date is not confirmed within 24 hours. We send a secure link for the balance once your finished work is ready to approve.
How does a longer event get priced?
Prices are per 2-hour session and round up to whole sessions, so a 5-hour day is three sessions. Your total updates in the booking form as you change the hours.
What does photo and video on the same day cost?
50% above the session rate for one craft, because one person covers two jobs in the room and edits two timelines after it. Pick "Photo + video" in the booking form and every figure updates to the number you pay.
How do video add-ons work?
Choose what you want delivered in the booking form. Each add-on shows its price there and joins your total before you pay, so your order summary is the whole story.
