Your deposit is only charged when a vetted professional confirms your booking. If nobody confirms within 24 hours, you pay $0.
For every booking we keep a vetted backup professional on call. If your professional is held up, the backup steps in and your event is covered. Your booking confirmation includes a direct line to our studio for day-of coordination, and we provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue on request.
If nobody from our roster is on site for your confirmed booking, the shoot is free and you receive a $500 credit. Simple as that.
Our studio edits everything and you review the gallery or cut first. The balance is charged only after you approve, with a 72-hour fix window.
