Your event happens once. Here is exactly how we make sure it gets covered.
Your deposit is charged when you book, and refunded in full if your date is not confirmed within 24 hours. Your booking page shows where your payment stands the whole way through.
For every booking we keep a vetted backup professional on call. If your professional is held up, the backup steps in and your event is covered. Your booking confirmation includes a direct line to our studio for day-of coordination, and your venue paperwork goes through us.
If nobody from our roster is on site for your confirmed booking, the shoot is free and you receive a $500 credit. Simple as that.
Our studio edits everything and you review the gallery or cut first. We send a secure link for the balance once your finished work is ready to approve. Adjustments are welcome for 72 hours after delivery.
