When is my card charged?
Your deposit is held when you book and only charged when Aiko confirms. If nobody confirms within 24 hours, you pay $0. The balance is charged after you approve the gallery.
How is my total calculated?
Your base price covers a 2 hrs session with Aiko, and each additional 2 hrs block adds $300. Your order summary shows the base price plus a clear 15% platform promise, covering studio editing, an insured professional, and the replacement guarantee, before you pay. A 30% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due after you approve the gallery.
How fast do I get the photos?
Our studio edits every shoot and delivers in 48 to 72 hours.
How can my company use the photos?
Commercial usage rights for your company come with every booking, so you can publish across marketing, press, social, and internal channels. Aiko reviews your shot list before the event so the coverage matches how you plan to use it.
What keeps my confirmed shoot covered?
A vetted backup professional is always on standby. If our roster does not cover your confirmed shoot, it is free plus a $500 credit.
Who do I reach on the day of my event?
Your booking confirmation includes a direct line to our studio, and you get Aiko's contact as soon as they confirm. Day-of coordination is covered from both sides.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my venue?
Yes. Aiko is insured for on-site work, and we send a certificate of insurance naming your venue on request after you book.
Where does the session happen?
Aiko covers San Francisco and travels to venues across the Bay Area. Your venue address goes in at booking.
