How is my price worked out?
One number covers Aiko on the day, the studio edit, and your replacement guarantee. 2 hrs of coverage is $345, and each extra 2 hrs adds $345. Some events book at a higher session rate, and your order summary shows your total before you pay.
How fast do I get the photos?
Our studio edits every shoot and delivers in 48 to 72 hours.
How can my company use the photos?
Commercial usage rights for your company come with every booking, so you can publish across marketing, press, social, and internal channels. Aiko reviews your shot list before the event so the coverage matches how you plan to use it.
What keeps my confirmed shoot covered?
A vetted backup professional is always on standby, so every confirmed shoot goes ahead. Our replacement guarantee backs that with a free shoot plus a $500 credit.
Who do I reach on the day of my event?
Your booking confirmation includes a direct line to our studio, and you get Aiko's contact as soon as they confirm. Day-of coordination is covered from both sides.
My venue asks for a certificate of insurance. What now?
Put your venue's requirements in the notes when you book. Our studio works them out with Aiko and comes back to you with the paperwork your venue needs.
Where does the session happen?
Aiko covers San Francisco and travels to venues across the Bay Area. Your venue address goes in at booking.
What happens after I approve the gallery?
You download everything in full resolution and use it under your company's commercial rights. Adjustments are welcome for 72 hours after delivery.
