The AI-Native Talent Competition is a live competition where you get a real problem from a real enterprise and hours to solve it with any AI agents. We will evaluate your process and results to determine your human and AI skills. Tracks across Engineers, PMs, analysts, ops people, we don't care about your title.

How it works:

- Before the event: Choose your track & role Pick from our existing tracks. Explore roles posted by our hiring partners and choose the one you’d like to compete for. All professional backgrounds are welcome. - At the event: Solve a real Work Sample Test Please remember to bring a computer. Take on the Work Sample Test for your selected role. Use Codex or any preferred AI tools to solve a practical problem from the hiring company. Show us both your results and how you got there. - Follow the anonymous live leaderboard Watch scores update in real time throughout the competition. You’ll see how submissions stack up, while participant identities stay hidden until the reveal. - Submit your work & process Turn in your solution. We’ll evaluate both your process and result to understand your human skills and AI skills. - Join the afternoon reveal Find out who’s behind the scores as we unveil the final leaderboard and announce the winners.
