The Bay Area already holds the other half of the equation: the Defense Innovation Unit, NASA Ames, the national laboratories, the world’s leading frontier AI companies, and the deepest concentration of venture capital on the planet.

No dedicated forum is built to bring together the founders creating critical technologies, the investors funding them, the government leaders who can buy and deploy them, and the veterans who understand both the mission and the market.
