About this event
AI agents are fundamentally shifting how modern infrastructure runs - writing code, triaging alerts, and accelerating workflows at unprecedented speed. Yet as teams lean into autonomous systems, the hardest questions land squarely on engineering leadership: When do you trust an agent? How do you prevent compounding errors? And when an incident escalates, who truly owns the outcome?
Following our panel discussion with leaders from Replit, NVIDIA, and WorkOS on the operational realities of agentic AI, Rootly AI invites you to transition from high-level discussion to candid, off-the-record strategy over an intimate executive dinner.
This private gathering brings together a select group of infrastructure executives, engineering leaders, and innovators from across San Francisco to unpack what AI-driven reliability means for organizational scale.
Key themes we will explore over dinner:
- Autonomous Incident Response & Trust: Moving beyond automated triage to understand the boundaries of agent authority, failure detection, and human escalation. - Velocity vs. System Integrity: Recalibrating CI/CD, review gates, and deployment guardrails as agent-generated code strains existing production safeguards. - The New Engineering Org: Preserving institutional knowledge, architectural accountability, and evolving senior SRE talent in an agent-assisted ecosystem. Enjoy curated food and drink...
